Common questions

What does the $200 up front cover?+
Everything to get you live: we build your branded app, submit it to the App Store and Google Play, handle any reviewer feedback, and cover your first 90 days of service. Those 90 days start the day your app goes live in the stores, not the day you pay, so store review time never eats into them.
When does the monthly billing start?+
Only after your included 90 days. When your app goes live we set up your subscription with the first charge landing after that window, $200/month or $2,000/year, locked at the price you signed up at. Cancel before the window closes and you owe nothing further.
What is refundable and what is not?+
Change your mind before we start the build: full refund, up to 14 days after payment. If we fail to submit your app within 10 business days of receiving your complete brand pack (logo, colors, app name, store description), full refund, no questions asked. Once your app is built and submitted, the $200 covers work already delivered, so it is not refundable, but your 90 days still runs from launch and you can cancel before any recurring charge.
What if Apple or Google is slow to review?+
Store review is usually 1 to 2 days but runs on their schedule, and no developer can speed it up. Two things protect you: we commit to submitting within 10 business days of receiving your brand pack, and your 90 days only starts once the app is live. If a reviewer asks for changes, we fix and resubmit at no charge, as many times as it takes.
Do I need an Apple Developer account or Google Play Console?+
Yes. App Store rules require each branded app to be published under its own developer account, and putting the app under your accounts keeps you in control of it. You enroll once in the Apple Developer Program and Google Play Console, then grant us submission access. From there we handle every build, every submission, and every store update. Start the enrollment right after payment; Apple's identity check can take 1 to 2 weeks.
Is the $200/month instead of, or on top of, the 1% application fee?+
Instead of. While your White Label subscription is active, the 1% application fee on Stripe payments is waived. The $200 monthly (or $2,000 annual) is the entire recurring cost.
Can my price ever go up?+
No. The price you sign up at is locked for as long as you stay with us. We may raise prices for new customers in the future, but never for you. This is in writing.
What if I cancel later?+
You can cancel any time. There are no partial-month refunds; your subscription stays active through the end of the current billing period, then stops. Your members lose access to the branded app and switch back to the standard StudioDash member app. Your gym data, classes, members, schedule, and bookings all stay intact.
